Delivery fees: 

Standard delivery fee is R99 for orders under R600. Free delivery is offered for orders R600 and above.

 

How long does it take to process, ship and receive your order?

Orders take about 2 working days to be processed & shipping takes about 3 working days to be delivered to your door. Your order should be in your hands by no later than the 5th working day. 

 

How can I track my package? 

Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation email with the waybill and tracking number. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp by The Courier Guy. Please have this pin available when accepting the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, please give the pin to the person who will be accepting it.
